Reporting problems and bugs

When reporting a technical problems, or what may seem as a bug, then please provide details that may help us answering your question. Listed below are some topics that you should take into consideration when sending us queries:

  • Please describe the equipment you are using on which the problem occurred:
    • Under what operating system are you running?
    • How many hard drives do you have installed and and how many partitions do you have on each of the physical drives
    • Is the boot drive SCSI or IDE?.
    • What partitions type do you have, FAT-16, FAT-32 or a mix of the two?
  • What software do you run?
    • Do you run any other antivirus product concurrently with InVircible? If yes then which one?
    • If the problem is Windows related, then what are the applications that run in the background, except the InVircible Interceptor?
  • Where you logged to a network at the time the problem occurred or is your PC running as stand-alone?
  • Please describe the sequence of events that led to this query. Keep it simple and brief to speed up our reply.
  • Please describe actions that may help us replicate the problem in our labs, if possible.
  • Add any detail that you think may be important, like conditions you found under which the problem does not exist.
